Club Penguin Pookie Wiki

A non-member was a penguin/player on Club Penguin who did not have a paid membership. Although a majority of pookies were commonly members, non-members could still be pookies. Non-members were heavily discriminated against due to the lack of items they had access to, and were rarely picked. Due to the closure of Club Penguin, and because Club Penguin Island was turned to offline mode, the remaining pookies will have access to free membership in CPSSes or CPI features that were usually accessed by a membership, due to CPI having free membership when it converted to offline mode.

Non-member pookies[]

Non-member pookies were usually found on the server Blizzard. They acted similiar to member pookies, although non-member pookies commonly lacked experience in comparison to member pookies. Some would say "hi" instead of "hwi" or a pookie greeting, and they might not have known what a pookie contest or an uppie is.

Non-member mumus and duh duhs[]

Since non-members did not have an easily-accessible igloo, and due to the fact that many furniture items are member exclusive, it is rare to see a non-member mumu or duh duh. Usually, if a non-member mumu or duh duh adopts a pookie, they will take the pookie to another place on Club Penguin that is similar to a home, like the Puffle Lodge, rather than an igloo. Most member pookies will say no to a non-member mumu or duh duh, though non-member pookies may accept their offer.

Non-member biggies and middles[]

Biggies and middles could be non-members as well. They would act much like member biggies and middles. Like all non-members, they would have a smaller variety of items in comparison to members.

Non-member uppies and kitties[]

Non-member uppies and kitties were extremely rare. They would rarely have pet-themed clothing due to the fact that many of the animal items were member-exclusive. Typically, they would not wear any clothing, and would have the color brown, white, or yellow, depending on the color of animal they are.

Trivia[]

  • Not all non-members were newbies, although quite a few of them were. This was a common assumption or stereotype made about non-members.
