Backstories

Sometimes, people who rp in a fam fam scenario like to create backstories for their RP characters. This is pretty rare, considering most people who RP like to consider all of their characters/all of their rps as being completely unrelated. Often, Sad Pookies will have a backstory, usually involving a tragic past (like getting abused or being orphaned). Homeless Pookies often have a tragic backstory too. The most common backstories people give their RP characters are tragic backstories, but sometimes people will have good backstories. A lot of people don't even give a second thought to their character's backstories, which is a shame because if done right/well, backstories can increase the emotional depth of a generally boring role. It's especially fun to have a backstory in a secondary role, like as granny/grandpa or as maid/butler.
